I have an old Mares Syncro Tech BC purchased around 1998 -- its right shoulder dump valve recently cracked and started leaking. I have removed (cut away) as much of the valve as I can, but its flange is still glued/bonded to the inside of the air bladder. I need to remove the old valve and its flange to make way for a replacement I have on-order. Is this flange RF-welded/bonded to the bladder fabric? Can it be removed by application of heat (hair dryer) or solvent?

Thanks for any help/suggestions/advice!

Brian
