Any solvent, acetone, wd-40, carbo cleaner, concentrated dish soap will get rid of it in seconds.
I've had the same issue, WD-40 works magnificently!I throw my vote for WD40 too. It'll remove it pretty fast. Then just wash the hose in soap and water.
