Wow! Nice camera! What software did you use to put it all together?

Hey Ice:

THANKS for the compliment!

I used iMovie on my Mac. I've been a PC guy for years and just "switched" to Mac. I couldn't believe how easy it was to do. The application imports the camera footage automatically after you connect the camera, creates a time time and automatically puts breaks between each clip.

I started this video by putting my Led Zeppelin CD in the drive, "grabbing" the track and dumping it in the "project" window. I then added clips from the footage I shot and trimmed them to match the changes in the music. I followed this by "grabbing" the transitions from the "tools" window and placing them on the time line where I wanted the switches. Finally, I grabbed the title template, also put it on the time line, lengthened it and changed fonts and colors. Everything was graphic and easy to understand, not bad for a FREE program.

In all, about an hour of work with never reading the help file or really knowing the Mac operating system. I like my new Mac more and more each time I turn it on...

:D

Been there done that. Loved the video.

Ahh yes! I do love iMovie! Welcome to the better world!! :D

Wow! NICE video quality! So clear, no compression mosaic effect. Quality! That fancy Sony camera rocks!

I generally use PC for editing (Premiere). My work notebook is a Macbook, but I've only messed with iMovie for a split second.
