For what it's worth here is my 2psi. I have run the same gas powered compressor for going on 40 years. Air only, no continous or PP nitrox blending. I maintain my compressor and filters. I never run it unattented. I have an intake stack about 4' high and the engine exhaust points down. I constantly monitor wind direction and keep the intake upwind of the exhaust. I never run it in any enclosed area either inside or outside, it gets put in the middle of the yard. Never had a problem with bad air. It ain't rocket science, just common sense.
