I disagree. If you secure that knot correctly you can't pull it off.

However... it is a lot easier to get just the right length with the under the zip tie method. Tie an overhand knot in one end and then adjust length by pulling the other end through the zip tie. After you get it just right put in the second overhand knot.

... not a big deal if you are just doing one reg... I mean you can spend the time with the double fisherman's knot to get the right length. But if you are doing a bunch of regs the zip tie method sure is quicker and less frustrating.
