Regulator Diaphragm cover

I am new to the forum, I joined because don’t know where else I can find a answer about a Regulator missing the Diaphragm Cover Second Stage. I own a older Sherwood Maximus Regulator. I can only find a cover for Sherwood Brut Regulator. In the pictures I’ve seen the two covers look the same. Does anyone know if the two cover are interchangeable?

Is that the right faceplate? I have no idea if the two faceplates are the same, sorry.

The Maximus is not listed in the Sherwood 5100 service manual. https://www.frogkick.dk/manuals/sherwood/SRB5100, SRB5300, SRB5700, SRB5900.pdf

See if you can find a Maximus service manual to see if include any other similar seconds. Frogkick. Dk is a place to start.

The problem us that Sherwood recycled the names of their regs, so a brute second could be several different designs. Without the first stage number (say SRB5100), the second (Maximus) could be several different designs, and may or may not be a crossover. In the link it has a second stage parts list and the Maximus cover is not listed with the rest.

If you can get it cheap and it looks right buy and try, otherwise it will be a hunt. Check with a Sherwood dealer, if they don't have it available, they may be able to answer your questions.
