Hey everyone... lookin for some opinions here. Heres the situation:
I need a good starter reg.
I dive BP/W and ill be using a brass&glass pg most likely along with uwatec bottom timer so i can eventually swap those over to doubles.
I eventually want to dive doubles with din but dont now so i cant use din.
I would like to get a yoke reg to hold me over for now.
I know regs are important pieces and i would like to get a nice one but i just dont have the money to buy 3 nice regs. Is this ok thinking... since this wont be a perm reg?
Well anyways.. any suggestions? :D

Thanks! :crafty:

My advise is to go with a Apeks DS-4 and a TX-40 for now then you can add another DS-4 and a TX-50 or ATX 50 when you go to doubles. If you get a DS-4 in yoke it can be changed to Din very easily. that way your half way to your Doubles set up

oh ok cool.. didnt think of that... save some money that way... thanks! would you happen to know what prices i would be looking at... cant really find anything online except the main sight.. no msrp's. also.. i was wondering about din to yoke(or other way around?) adaptors.... are those for din regs to fit yoke valves? or maybe the other way around... well thanks again :D

How about a Zeagle DSIV with DX second stage on a 7ft hose and Mares Proton on a necklace for 235.00 plus shipping?

Just PM me for more info.

I recommend Apeks XTX200 for double stage DS4-ATX100

I just got this link from TDS yesterday about a shop in Germany:
http://www.deepstop.de/catalog/default.php?cPath=79_33

A DS-4 is 99 euros which is about $130.00. That is the best price most of the members there see. Also you can buy a DIN and use a yoke adapter if you like. They run $30-$50, cheaper used.
