Hello, just came back from a 1 week liveaboard out from hamata. It was very good.. weather was excellent with no high swell.
It was M/Y Gehan, with about 20 divers on board.

The boat was very well maintained, service was of very high quality, always tanks are filled in time for the dive (some people were doing 4 day dives plus a night dive, I relaxed to a total of 4 dives a day) The only drawback was that one speedboat engine went dead so it was only 1 working and the guy was always late to pick divers after surfacing.

I haven't seen hammerheads but another group saw 1 or 2 on 2 different sites. Other than that reef sharks were seen 3 times, turtles, tuna....etc.
Water was warm, minimum in all dives was around 25 degrees (only 1 or 2 dives it went to 24 at certain point) and some shallow dives it was about 26, I was happy with my 3m wetsuit with a 1.5m under vest (could have dumped the vest as well)
