Has anyone been on the M/Y Sahara recently renamed M/Y Seawolf II ?

We have been offered berths on this in early October and would like to know anyhting about the Boat or the Southern Egypt dive sites.

Hi there, i did a 10-day trip with the boat sahara in june.
We had an excellent trip and liked the boat very much. We had a full charter, that means the whole boat was filled up by our group and had a excellent service and great diving. We travelled the north (wrecks), Brothers and south untill Elphinstone on our 10-day trip and did over 35 dives!!!
We saw 8 different species of sharks and even Manta rays. Dolphins were there 6 days out of then, diving with them, snorkeling, what ever we wanted...
The chef made excellent food, even for the non fish eaters and surprised every day with fresh pastery and bunns...mmjammi.
Bottles were always perfectly filled, also the nitrox was super.
The crew did a good job, nothing to complain.
I was my 30th safari on the red sea, I have seen a lot worse, but rarely any better...go for it!

Many Thanks Jean-Marc.

Its great to hear.

Hello,

we had a one week trip on the Sahara in Mai 2003. It was my third trip in this area and it was the very best one. Sahara is an excellent boat for groups up to 14 people. Technical equipment and services were the best I ever had. From organisation point of view Cici shows both professionalsm and flexibily. We build up great relation to the crew and had big fun together. The cook was a real magician, i. e. the meals always were highlights on this trip. Of course, we were there to experience the unbelievable beauty of the diving sites and all our expectations were exceeded but the real success of our holiday was the perfect combination of the boat, the crew, the food, the sites, the guide, the organisation etc.. Overall, the whole group put me in charge to organise our next trip with Seawolf. And I will do...

Ernie

Hi DeepSeaFox,
M/Y Seawolf 2 has a reservation for 4 divers from Tokyo. This seems to be your reservation as you live as well in Tokyo and asked for experience of other divers on that boat. Your option to join the cruise to the St. Johns reef (Egypt) in October is vanishing, because you did not confirm your booking and did not answer to direct e-mail. I hope you have no problems and no blasterworm in your PC.
Ciao
Rembert
