No, but I don't pick them up. Apparently they have a rather painful venom.
Yep-they sure do. After a week there's still swelling and tenderness, but I'm curious if I can expect the finger to fall off or anything. The charming little devil was inside a snorkel we found on the bottom, and crawled out when we were taking our gear off. He got me while I was carrying him back to the water.
