Good question. I have one pair we don't use and they are scratch beyond repair and would also like to
recycle.
 
The people who (poorly) recycle tires could likely take fins too. They’re similar in construction.
 
Is OP asking the website to support recycling?
 
Fins probably aren't recyclable, or are very difficult to recycle and not worth it. Especially the kind made with multiple types of overmolded rubbers/plastics.
