Does anyone know who would recycle old fins? Not reuse but recycle old fins.

The people who (poorly) recycle tires could likely take fins too. They’re similar in construction.

Fins probably aren't recyclable, or are very difficult to recycle and not worth it. Especially the kind made with multiple types of overmolded rubbers/plastics.
