Does Zeagle have a program for purchasing factory reconditioned BCs or is that somethin that is done on a dealer to dealer basis?

We don't really recondition and resell BCs...
Occasionally, we will have a few demo units around, and we sell those to dealers...

Thank you for the information. I'm looking at and trying to decide between 3 of your BCs, the Stilletto, Ranger, and Tech. Do you have any type of factory tour available? I will be in the imedeate area in Februrary.

We don't really do factory tours. There are insurance issues with people walking about the sewing floor, etc...not to mention that a "tour" of Zeagle takes about 5 minutes.
However, if you are in the area, drop me a PM a couple days beforehand and I'll see what's going on around here. Maybe I can sneak you in for a quick look...
