Recommendations for a GoPro Pole?

GoPro just came out with their own version, called the 3-way. GoPro 3-way | This 3-in-1 mount can be used as a camera grip, extension arm or tripod. Looks interesting it doesn't telescope like some of the other on the market it sort of fold up. It can be also used as a pseudo dolly, and has a tripod built into it...

Some key factors to consider when getting a pole:
- rust resistant
- extendable
- lanyard capability
- strap capability, with 1/4" screw for strap & boltsnap
- torch capability

My first setup (photo on top): only had the hand strap, I had to hold on to it at all times.
Eventually I added a lanyard and a couple boltsnap. Now it stays close to my body when I want to tuck it away.
Pole only costs $15 or so. Many brand poles come with very thin and cheap straps, wont last for a few dives in salt water (and you cannot add a new strap of yours)
