also you could contact some local Diveshops as I am sure they have some nice trips coming up possibly same time you want to go. This way your going with people and have some already to dive with.

Singledivers.com have great trip all around the world. You don't have to book a whole week with them either, but if you don't you wish you did. Their trip to Grand Cayman is always a blast and it is only a one hour flight from Miami.
