thanks for the nice overview guys, i already love this board. kevin, east point is on our list, a zodiac is no problem, perfect. so am i right when i say divechartercuracao is more individual, not so big group on the boat and more adventure. is this also the reason why a two tank boat dive at east point costs 130 bucks? where do u work now, are u freelancer, just pm me if there is a chance for us have u as a guide for a shoredive.
jeje, there are plenty of dive sites, that makes the planning more diffiucult, but also more interesting.

Hi Gled,

Your correct, if your group is happy with a RIB, then you will get a really fun day's diving, on the best reef's in Curacao! Small groups max eight divers, more usually four to six, long dive times 60 mins +, 99% drift diving, even the boat ride is fun, just expect to get wet!!!!!
$130 sounds a lot, but, depending on conditions it takes around 40 minutes in the high speed RIB to get to the East Point of Curacao, and that adds up to a lot of fuel, with not many divers. You also get something to eat and drink during the surface interval, and don't forget the long dive times.
The normal setup is to meet at the fishing harbor at Caracasbaai (about 5 mins drive from your accommodation), at around 8:30, and then after the dives, you return at about 14:00 hrs., but you will need to contact Niels for the latest details.

It may sound like I'm pushing trips for Dive Charter Curacao, but I'm not, I no longer work for them, but having done more than 500 dives there, over a period of three years, I can definitely say it is the best diving on Curacao!!

Hi Gled, you can check our sistersite KlikMap - Curacao duik magazine for information on diving sites. When on Island you are welcome at our place at Vaersenbaai/Kokomo beach. We can give you all Curacao diving information....for free. Offcourse you could take a dive or guided dive as well.

Hi, we will check it out.
Is there a shop for photography equipment, where i could buy nauticam underwater housing for the sony dsc-rx100?

Hi Gled, no chance of getting specialized camera housings on Curacao!

I have the Sony RX100, and had to buy it, and the Recsea housing from "Blue Water Photo" (www.bluewaterphotostore.com) when I was in the US.

Great camera and housing !!!!!!!
