Hi,

For a friend i need a recommendation for a wide angle lens for his new Sony RX100V in the Nauticam NA-RX100V housing with the Nauticam Bayjonet Mount System.

Which lens works with the Bayonet Mount System with 24mm and which lenses have to zoom in for working?

Thanks for you help!

Greetings from Switzerland,
Tino

Good morning , I have a WW 1 by Nauticam on line for sale right now, It has a bayonet system and can zoom. It is a very nice lens.
It is like new condition just purchased last year. Hope I helped a little Thank you, Greetings from Colorado

Have you use the lens with a new RX100V or IV? Is it possible to use the lens with 24mm or is it working only with 28mm or more?

I use it on Sony RX 100 ii Nauticam case and the bayonet system fits on the ultralight tray system. On the dives I have been on I can zoom and still have wide angle with no distortion and no vignetting. The Sony RX 100 ii has 24 mm to 100 mm Zeiss. To answer your question, I really do not know. If you are interested I can send you some specifications on the bayonet system and you can go to the Nauticam Announcing The New Housing for Sony RX100 IV I do know that the 67 mm bayonet will work on the RX 100 iv. It is supposed to be compatible with a variety of cases for compact cameras. http://www.nauticamusa.com/news/2016/1/8/wwl-and-m43-made-for-each-other

Hope these links will help Thank you from Colorado

The RX100II has a 28-100mm lens and starts not at 24mm. I now that the WWL-1 and some other lenses works perfect with 28mm and also with the Bayonet Mount from Nauticam. But the question is, is the WWL-1 or some others working with the 24mm lenses from the newer Sony RX100 cameras III, IV and V. These have a 24-70mm lens.

On the Nauticam Wet Wide-angle Lens 1 (WWL-1) Compatibility Chart i find the follow note about RX100 III, IV and V:
"May vignetting with focal length wider than 28mm"

Yes you are correct the RX 100 ii 28 mm to 100 Thanks I was wrong.. The lens is a nice piece on the Nauticam RX 100 II but it does add some weight to the buoyancy issue. I think if I add some ballast to the ultralight would help??
Let me know if you are interested in it Thanks for correcting me,
