Recommendation for Strobe and light Arm to use Olympus TG 3 Housing

Hi...I'm a super novice photographer with an Olympus TG 3. I'm now ready to add an additional light to it. There are so many out there but I'm looking for something less than $500, and I'm not good at designing my own system. The current flash works great with Nudibranchs but anything past a food or more is a bit blueish. Any recommendations would be welcome.

The Sea & Sea YS-03 set is a good match for the TG-4. It works in auto TTL is plenty powerful and includes the strobe, sync cord, tray and flex arm for $299.
