I recently took a cruise excursion from the Norwegian Epic while we were docked in Roatan. First off, Roatan is awesome, beautiful, amazing diving, and boy do I want to move there. AKR was shutdown for 2 weeks but was still servicing excursions so the resort was all left to us ( about 12 divers). I'd love to get some feedback and species identification if you can assist:
The guy called this one some sort of fireworm??
Is this a hawksbill?
what are the fish with the bright blue spots
We saw about 7 Lion fish, and while I got great pictures I was saddened to see how many were there. We weren't allow to dispose of them on a commercial trip due to local rules and regulations.
