Today I met with a CPSC investigator on a topic utterly unrelated to diving. However, diving got into the discussion for a weird reason and she mentioned there had been some scuba-related recalls I might want to be aware of. So far (I'm on p. 4) none matter to me personally, but it's easy to look at them for anything you have, and some of them are nontrivial problems that pose a genuine hazard.

Interestingly very small numbers for most of these.

Scuba is not exactly a high-volume industry. "How do you make a small fortune in the dive industry? Start with a large one...."
