I just got ahold of a DS-IV first stage (the 5-LP-port version), and it looks like the serial number falls into the recall range. Just wondering if Zeagle is still offering inspection/repair for these, or if there's a way I can whether a DS-IV has already had the repair applied?

Thanks

If it has been serviced at all in the last 4 years it will be fine....

My feeling is, if you buy used gear, you should have it serviced and inspected anyway before using it....and at that point the seat will be changed and all will be well in the world.

Thanks Scott. I dropped it off for inspection this weekend; just wanted to see if 1) it might still be covered under the "free inspection" program, and 2) make sure fixed parts are still available.

It sounds like what you are saying is that all current service kits already include replacement parts (mainly, the high pressure/overpressure seat) that will fix a recalled regulator; is that accurate?

Thanks for the quick response!
