I'd guess $200-250. But it also depends on how bad the seller wants to sell and the local market. Local markets influence the price a lot due to the difficulty in shipping heavy tanks. I've purchased one out of hydro as low as $100 and got it in diving condition for about $50. On the other hand an almost new may bring as much as $300 or so. That one is somewhere in the middle.

"Reasonable price" is what both buy and seller can agree on...

Since these are going for about $370 new and its only 3yrs old you might as well buy new IMO. I don't see anyone other than the truly desperate for cash letting one go for less than $300. And even the desperate could probably find a buyer at $300+.

I have bought two brand new for $275+tax from a dive shop, then another one for $245 shipped off ebay, also new. Somewhere between $150-$240 used is what I would expect to pay.

If the tank is in great shape and has the nicer convertable DIN-yoke valve, I doubt you'd get one for under $ 250, which is about 2/3 the price of a new one. Commodity prices are up (steel prices and energy prices to make/ship the steel), plus in this down economy I suspect there's more competition for good used items from other divers seeking to stretch their dive budgets.

I have purchased two sets of X7 HP100s over the past 5 years, in the first case a set of manifolded/banded HP100s for $405, and in the second case (last Fall) a pair of individual 100s, with rigging (SM) for $400. Therefore a price of $200-$225 / tank would seem to be a good price.
