Re : Cross Over from PADI IDC staff to NAUI

I need some clear information please, being one step away from becoming a PADI course director myself, If I will cross over to NAUI, where will I be in NAUI hierarchy ? and what will be the steps I need to take to become a NAUI course director ?

You would need to do an Instructor Crossover Course (ICC) followed by an Instructor Trainer Workshop (ITW) with a NAUI CD. It IT designation within NAUI is granted by the NAUI training department and is roughly equivalent to a PADI IDCS.
