Rate stores you shop on the internet, not stores you shop as a walk-in, in person. Compare to other stores, online or local, What is your "overall" impression. Answer poll questions seperately for each store you regularly shop, as much as possible.
Product selection: Do they have a large variety from which to choose? Different brands, large ticket items, accessories.
Very little selection of any kind?
Prices: Do they appear reasonable and competetive to you?
Prices are too high?
Information provided: Do they provide detailed, accurate item descriptions with pictures? Do you trust what they say when you make an inquiry? Are they giving you good advise? Do they appear knowledgable and fairly unbiased in their answers and comments?
Poor product description and lack of pictures? Is the information they give you designed to steer you in a certain direction so you buy from them? Are they misinformed, uninformed, or lying?
Services provided: Do they ship orders promptly and the correct item you ordered? Are you able to see if the product is in stock before placing an order? Do they keep you informed about back-orders? Are cancellations, returns, exchanges, warranty issues, all handled in a satisfactory manner? Are refunds, exchanges and warranty repairs done accurately and promptly?
Are the above services lacking?
Customer service: Do they provide phone and email contact information? Do they respond quickly to your questions and comments in a helpful way, regardless of type of inquiry: purchase, return, etc. Do they treat you with courtesy and respect? All the time or most of the time.
Do they provide very little contact sources and fail to respond promptly? Do they treat your inquiries as a nuisance to them. Are they only helpful when you buy from them, especially a large purchase?
