Looking ahead to future diving and wondering about stage tank attachment. The stock Ranger has no left waist D ring, only a lower ring. As far as my reading the traditional points are the chest or shoulder ring and the waist ring. On the Tech model there is a D ring forward of the weight pouch. Could a ring be sewn to the Ranger like it is sewn to the Tech, there seems to be the same space available? Let me know how the correct rigging is done. Thanks

I dive a ranger (and like it alot). But I'm chuckling at myself because as many dives as I have in it, I can't picture the items you are referring to accurately.

I have it with me in my truck and will take a look it during lunch to see what you are asking.

Let me ask you, what are you attempting? Or rather, the reason behind the question.

What I am asking is on your Ranger which two rings do you use to attach a stage or sling bottle? The Tech has D rings on the left and right side waist, like on a back plate and wings set up would have. On the Tech link pic you can see it above and to the right of the ripcord.

Okay...gotcha....

I'll look and see.......

Also, I'm making a run Friday to the LDS I used for technical diving stuff. Alec there is very familiar with the Zeagle prodcuts and is an accomplished Tech diver, so I bet we can get you a good answer to your question.

Mike,

Sounds great, I will look forward to your response. Really appreciate the helpfulness of this board and members! I have had questions for a long time and I think I have found a super resource.
