Jeff, Could you post a pic or pics of the Ranger LTD shoulder setup. I have to relace mine and need a reference to where stuff should be. TIA

When I get to the graphics computer up front I'll see what I can dig up. In the meantime I can point you to the PDF datasheets for the current (2013) Ranger LTD and original (pre-2008) Ranger LTD, which really was just a Ranger BC with some extra stuff on it when we actually intended for it to be a limited edition product.

If you need directions on re-threading that webbing I may need to go take new pictures for that. Is that what you're looking for?

Ok, if you were looking to re-thread the shoulder section after putting some new D-rings on this diagram should help you. Or confuse you.:headscratch: We'll see how this goes.

Threading 2013 Ranger LTD Shoulder 01.jpg

"A" is pointing out the two plastic 2" tri-glides. "B" is pointing out the stainless steel 2" tri-glide and angled D-ring, this guy gets put on after you've installed the lower "A" plastic triglide and are heading back towards the top "A" tri-glide. The blue arrows show the direction you're gonna go when threading the webbing.

Underneath the webbing you're going to notice some [-]velcro[/-] "hook and loop" material that holds the webbing down. You'll want to use that to hold the webbing down after you've put the "A" plastic tri-glides on, and you're only going to use it to hold down the bottom/lower half of the webbing (notice you don't see it in the picture going across all of the webbing straps).

If you need further direction I could probably help you over the phone. Honestly its one of those things that I've done hundreds of times on the assembly line and its just muscle memory at this point, I feel like if I try to write down the exact directions here I'm going to forget something critical and confuse thousands of divers in the future as they read this topic.

TY!

No confusion at all. You are awesome.

As I suspected mine is way off.
