When we were there, not a cloud in the sky, calm seas and lots of fish and current. Viz was so-so on some sites, but that is why there is so much life there.

I was there last november, great weather.
As Cali_diver says the visit was so-so, you could see a good 20 meters or more but there was still lots of particulate in the water.
Yes the fish life in Raja is profuse, the Kri area is good but the Missol area is off the hook.

Water temperature is typically about 84F (29C) near the surface & drops down to 82F (29C) about 30' (10m) underwater.
