My wife and I just got back from coz (trip report coming soon), and it was sort of rainy. It rained a decent amount the first day we were there (before diving), and I think it rained overnight one night. It was overcast most days. While the vis wasn't as good as high season (about 60 feet instead of 100 feet, or so I'm told), I still had a great time, and there was plenty to see. After all, you're getting wet anyway, right?
