In fact, I think it started after Tech Admin made a "no Gallery" style of SB...

I use IE at work and Netscape at home - same problem on both and it started a few days ago with just a few posts with quotes, now showing up in all the new ones. I haven't changed anything and TDS works fine for me as well.

In the never ending search for excellence, I'll admit to having the problem too. When I reply with a quote now, I usually will insert some carriage returns to make sure the whole quote shows up and does not run off the right side of the page.
