For a single tank setup I dive a 15l steel tank, 3mm wetsuit with a Halcyon SS BP and Pioneer 27# wing.
In fresh water I am overweighted by about 6# - which I can easily swim up.
In salt water I am very slightly overweighted but it is a very comfortable setup.

I don't carry any ditchable weight with the BP.
