Questions On a Mares Morphous BC

Hi, I'm looking at upgrading my BC right now and have been looking at this BC....

It is one of the "HUB" design BC's but what I was wondering-

-How do people like having the power inflator ingrated onto the weight pouch?
-Is it easy to dump air using this BC?
-If you need to orally inflate the BC is that hard to do, how hard is it to get the oral inflator hose out?
-Does this system make the BC hard to rinse out?
-And finally I heard the maintance on this BC is a lot more, is that true?
