What would be the maximum bottom time for a 3 foot deep pool dive ?

In other words what would be the longest you could stay underwater in a 3 foot pool and not get Nitrogen Narcosis?

please reply sincerly, Kevin Showell.

Seriously?

Almost zero chance of any nitrogen narcosis.

And if you had an unlimited air supply, you could reasonably state that you have an unlimited bottom time at a depth of 3 feet.

Narcosis? You'll never be narced at 3 feet.

Now, getting the bends is a different matter.... with probably the same answer.
