Question on how to get to Roatan from San Pedro

Hi,

I arrive at San Pedro Sula at 1945 on march the 1st, what are my options to get to roatan from there?

You´ll have to stay the night in san pedro, try the microtel, don´t bother leaving your hotel, not a town to go out in.

The next morning fly with TACA - Lowest airfares to Latin America, hotels, car rentals, cruises, the airline is actualy Islena, a subsidiary of taca. SOme claim you can get the same flight cheaper at Central America Airline, Domestic Flights - TACA REGIONAL Airlines so try that. SOSA and Atlantic are sporadic in their operations, with an extremely flexible timetable. TRUST TACA.

It's not currently possible to fly that late in the day to Roatán, but you could make it as far as La Ceiba and spend the night there, far preferable imo to staying in San Pedro Sula. You could catch the first flight or ferry across in the morning from there. We stayed at Coco Pando and they provided a free ride from the airport. you will need to book a ticket through Islena Airlines or SOSA, you can not book them conventionally and even TACA can't work it out but you can call directly or there are some companies that arrange that stuff as a travel service. good luck!

I have just gone on line at Central America Airline, Domestic Flights - TACA REGIONAL Airlines and a ticket leaving 2 March returning 9march CAN be booked on line and will cost $200.
