What is your favorite Christmas song?

anything upbeat and jazzy. I dislike most traditional christmas songs.

Why do you dive?

I dive because underwater, particularly in salt water, is the only place that I don't feel like I am the master of my domain. It's refreshing to NOT be the apex of the food chain on occasion.

Because once my ears are submerged the rest of the world and it's problem no longer exist. It is a chance to enjoy and on occasion it is a moment to thank God for the day. It allows me the control my own little world. Of course, I dive because I enjoy it.

Do you believe in Karma?

Yes, but not in a Buddhist kind of way. I believe that we gain self-confidence and warm fuzzies from doing good deeds. We also endure an esteem hit when we harm others. They actions affect our future actions/decisions/etc. Good deeds, and the subsequent reactions, set us up for future good deeds. (The reverse is also true!)

Do we control our destiny?

yes. it is up to us what we want to be & where we want to be in the future. destiny in itself, in the strictest sense is pre dertermined. if we live life according to this pre determination, then life would be useless & boring. that's why we have free will. it us up to us how we lead our lives. we alone can shape our lives according to the choices that we make.

what's with this philosophical mumbo-jimbo? (not that i'm complaining though )
