Sir Mono-Sodium-Glutamate? ... he's an "artificial" person from what I hear. :rofl3: Too much, and my digestive system let's me know it. :) Away, AWAY WITH GLUTAMINE RECEPTORS! My tongue has enough to worry about as it is! :D It's found in the inexpensive fry seasoning I like to use.

Do you ever mix up your own BBQ rubs? or do you mostly buy ready made brands?

I mix up my own... this is my favorite:
1/4 cup coarse salt (kosher or sea)
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
2 tablespoons pure chile powder
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

What is yours?

KC Masterpiece, soaked and too the brim! I only BBQ wet, never dry (it's one culinary road I haven't tried yet)

Have you ever eaten soft shelled crabs?

I haven't but my father loves them.

have you ever gone crabbing?

zero so far(have had to concentrate though)

what's your favorite Italian food?
