What is your bed time during the work week on an average?

Usually about 10:30, 0530 allways comes to soon

I work 12 hr a day 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. On the am to pm shift, about 9 pm. On the pm to am, shift as quickly as possible after I get home.

I work in primetime TV so I work 8 hrs, but from 6p - 2:30 am. I'm going to sleep when the rest of the world is getting up.

I have no set hours. For me it is feast or famine. I will be feasting this next year and then have two years of famine. I should be able to hit the sack about 2230 hours every night. We will see what happens.
