Does anyone know what the pocket dimensions on this weight belt is? Has anyone used one? If so, like...dislike?

The pocket dimensions are 4.25" x 1". Max weight for each pocket is 5lbs shot or hard weight. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Nick...4.25" is the height from the top of the pocket to the bottom and 1" is from front to back depth? Can you tell me what the width is please. I am considering having my LDS order one of these for me.
