Question about selling a regulator

Hi everyone,

I have a brand new Aqua Lung Legend regulator that I'd like to sell on craigslist. The problem is I know virtually nothing about scuba gear and a google search turned up such a wide range of prices that all it did was confuse me even further. So I come to you good people hoping that y'all will let me know how much I should as for it. Thanks!

Hard to say,

Depents on the model,age and state it's in.Any extra's?

How do I find what model it is, I thought Legend was the model. Also, it's in pristine condition it's brand new, never been used, the plastic is still on. If I had to guess, I'd say it's about four years old.

Is it a regular Legend? There are several model options, ACD, LX, LX w/ACD, LX Supreme, Glacia, each one slightly changes in value. Do you have the warranty card? Aqualung only sells through it's dealer network in the US so something off list price would be appropriate.

If you don't have the card, LeisurePro's pricing might be a good starting point, they're not an authorized dealer - however they do have their own matching warranty so that's a consideration when pricing yours.

later edit: Just saw that it's four years old, that may affect the warranty...

I'm assuming that if it were ACD, ACD LX, etc., that that teminology would be somewhere visible on the box or the regulator itself, correct? If so, I think it's just a regular Legend. It does have a warranty card, but I'm not sure what good that does. here's what it looks like:

Oh and the Leisure Pro site said it was discontinued! I was thinking around $250 for it.
