I've seen two types of drysuit hangers. See picture below. My understanding is type A is only used for rinsing the suit by sliding in the boots and it is not good to use it for long term storage. For long term storage, need to use type B. Is this correct?

I use the one on the left for a dive weekend in cave country. When I "store" my suit, it is neatly placed in it's storage bag. My suit is a Scubaforce Expedition SE.

I use the big wide HangAir hanger for my drysuit.

Hanger to dry, then seals talced, zipper treated, and it is rolled and double bagged for storage.

Hanger for mine is like the one on the right that looks like a regular hanger (my suit is sock footed).

Even with very frequent use, I'd likely not leave it on a hanger (plus, it is so tall, there isn't many places for it to hang and be out of the way).

YMMV
