Those are not the same fitting. Nor are they the home-brew semi-standard, high flow 1/4" pressure washer fitting to 1/4" NPT which has the following dimensions.

Those 8mm QD fittings are frequently used for paintball and PCP airguns. If you search for combinations of "PCP" or "paintball" and "QD" or "quick disconnect" and "fittings" wirh whatever other connection spec you need, you will likely get close.
