Purchased Used Atmos ai

I just bought two (2) Aeris Atmos ai DC used from a well known dealer.
Neither computers had the software and I have downloaded Aeris Universal Downloader and Aeris Computer interface from Aeris website. I have had trouble getting them to work on a Vista machine. Parts work but the upload settings and the download dives does not.
I don't have a manual and I am having trouble navigating, Is there somewhere I can download a manuel. Any suggestions?
Also is there a way to reset the computers back to original manufacture settings.

Could use some help from someone.

You should be able to download the manual for the computer from the Aeris site (DiveAeris.com - Scuba Gear, Scuba Equipment and Dive Gear) in the support section. I'm not sure there is a manual for the software, but there should be a CHM file which was part of the download (it was for mine)...

What exactly is not working? Does the Download screen open up when you click the (+) Add Dive icon? Is the USB connection passing the handshake?

Did you install the driver for the USB download cable? That is a separate download/install.

Well now I don't know. The PC I had everything loaded on was destroyed on my trip to Bonaire so now I am starting over. I have to download everything again to get my dive computers to work. Any Suggestions as to where to start?

If I remeber correctly I could not get the handshake to work.

Make sure you only have the ACI USB Computer Interface sofware and the USB drivers on you system the go to the help in the software and it will guide you on how to use it
