CCRDiverDave:
Nice photos Jim! I like the trunkfish photo and the dark ghost pipefish next to the black crinoid.

I have a new Harvey's Titanium AquaSuede jumpsuit in 3 mm and I hope that does the trick. Water temp at the end of May in Puerto Galera is supposed to be 80-83 degrees. I was fine with a 1mm suit in yap at 83 degrees.

I really liked the photos.....I just wish my group would set up a CCR trip the some place like the Lembeh Straight or KKB in Indonesia where I know the macro critters are good, but I hear the visibility isn't that great in the Lembeh Straights. So hopefully PG will have critters and visibility.

What was the water visibilty like?
the deepest dive i have ever done was off verdi island wall PG, i dropped to 131 ft and could see the surface, on the average vis was i think 60-80 ft, i also forgot to mention that the large veriety of nudies that i saw there, i think you will find plenty to keep you very busy with your camera, there was so much that i was not able to photograph everything i saw. and thank you so much for the complements on my pictures, it was a hole new ballgame to shoot photos there due to the large amount of ambient light that i have never been in before and so much clarity of the water!! again i think you will be very satisfied there. have a great trip!!! oh by the way shark cave is also awsome, lot of fun shooting photos of the sharks, paul was my guide and a damn great one at that!!!

^^^ that's awesome Jim, when we went last week, the viz was about 10-15m - not it's usual best but good enough for us warm water weenies not to complain! :)
