Puck Air and Drak

Why is it taking so long to get Puck Air to work with Drak? I am now loosing dive logs and still have no definitive answer to my questions. Why would you release a system that is not compatible?????

I apologize for the delay. We are aware of a bug with the Puck air dive download manager and we expect a patch / upgrade to be downloaded from www.mares.com within a few days. We are working on it now. I will post here as soon as I know more information or it becomes available.

There is still no fix for the Drak - Puck Air computer problem. As much as I like the computer it may be time to move on. I am disappointed that Mares would sell a piece of equipment with a known incompatibility issue.

If you download the latest Drak update from Mares website, you should be able to link Puck Air. I hope this helps.
