Pt. Lobos 3 Divers Allowed?

There are 3 of us planning to dive Pt. Lobos on Thursday Dec. 27. Would they allow just the 3 of us or do we have to have 4?

If it looks bleak, we just might need a 4th to come dive with us. Anyone possibly interested?

I don't know what the official language is, but they've always been good about letting me in when I'm diving with a trio. Best not to abuse it though; e.g. 3 pairs of divers should really have 3 reservations.

Ditto. The last few times I've gone it's been as a trio (and two cars) and we've been able to get in on one reservation.

I too have dove as a trio many times on a weekday when the reservation is not full. Usually we pay for at least two cars.

As an aside, they've usually assigned each of our cars a separate "dive team" number even if we're all under a single team reservation.

Thanks for the info guys! I had even emailed the park and they confirmed it was OK with them based on having made reservations.

So... you need 2 reservations for 3 divers?
