Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two models? Has the V16 been discontinued, it is not on the Mares web site. The only difference I can see is that the V16 has the SCS which also no longer appears on the web site.

Kate,

You are correct, the V16 is no longer in production. The V16 does have SCS, although it our recommendation that the SCS seat be switched out or upgraded to our new Trimaterial poppet at the next service interval. Differences would be port configuration and orientation of how the 1st stage connects to the tank. They are both great 1st stages. I'm sure you'd be happy with either.

Best regards,

Thanks for the clarification!:D
