Protective pouch for GoPro+Macromate

Any suggestions for something like neoprene pouch that would fit over GoPro 12 with housing and Macromate flip system with +10 lens. Would like to protect the camera while not diving.
Something that can be easily ordered to Finland.

I have a nikon lens pouch for a nikon 16-85mm lens. I have never used it and its a soft material.
Nikon specifies 3.35" long by 2.83" diameter (85 x 72mm). I think it would fit your go pro. I could mail it in a large envelope $15usd total
