Proposal 43 Thresher Sharks - We really had some stiff competition. China and Japan pulled out all the stops. Again, a secret vote was requested by Japan. But the truth, the fact that the numbers of these sharks is plummeting, won! Success!! With my partner in crime Sharon Kwok ! Okay, now for the Mobula Ray proposal. Feeling Success!
