What's the rule of thumb for how high up/down the shoulder straps the D-rings should be placed?

Any pictures? I can't seem to find pics showing a DIR-compliant harness being worn that's photographed in such a way as to really indicate proper placement.

Your shoulder d-rings should be about level with your hands if you hold your arms horizontal. This is typically just below your collar bone. You can use this image as a reference:

You should be able to move your arms across your chest and your d-rings should not interfere with your movements.
