Well, the Viet Cong used germ warfare too, but their idea of abiding by the Geneva Convention protocols was diggign a pit, putting sharpened bamboo stakes in the bottom pointing upwards, then smearing their own feces on the sharpned stakes, then covering the top with thin bamboo poled and leaves, then hapless G.I.'s trying to protect the region from the what liberals call a democracy, i.e., communism, our troops would fall into them and kill or maim themselves and get horrendous infections.

But then again, whatr would you expect from a people that would strap hidden explosives into the backpacks of little boys and girls and tell them to go visit the G.I's in their camps, then the VC's would detonate the explosives.
