Problems with Mares Drak Uploading

I recently got a new Mares Nemo Air computer and the Drak to download my logbook on my computer.
I haven’t been able to get the information loaded into my laptop computer that is using Vista OS. After reloading the program disc several times I did find a new version 1.5 on the Mares site, which finally loaded without an error message.
Even after getting a good version of Drak software to load I still cannot get my dive log to upload off of my dive computer.
I went through the online trouble shooting suggestions without any improvement (what a waste of a Saturday I would have rather been diving) and also wrote to the Mares help desk (no answer as of yet).
Has anyone else run into this problem and has found a solution to this frustration?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is really late, but I had the same problem you did. I could not get the software to work on my computer. I spent weeks with tech support doing all sorts of cool stuff, like adding lined of code to the actual program. In the end we just chalked it up to windows being windows and vista being vista. I put the program on my girlfriends laptop (same OS) and in two minutes it was working. I got a new laptop, and same thing. Works great. I really love being able to download my log book to my laptop and see the dive profiles.
