Bought a Haskell mini sport O2 booster to be used at the dive shop from NuvAir for rebreather bottles. After filling 1,... maybe 2 O2 bottles, it quit compressing. It was less than a week old. The drive gas had plenty of pressure, as did the supply gas. After doing some troubleshooting directly with Haskell, it was sent back to NuvAir & they said a seat was trashed & that some of the setting were off (this was done during the troubleshooting, after it had failed). NuvAir then decided to charge me for the repairs (on a 2 week old booster????). After a bit of chewing about not honoring their warranty, they shipped it back at no charge. When it arrived, it still would not compress (Did they not even test the unit before sending it back???),... So,... back it went again to NuvAir. I wanted to send it back directly to Haskell, but Haskell would not accept it,... it had to go to NuvAir first, then they sent it to Haskell. This time around they found at least 1 faulty check valve & replaced it. Just curious if anyone else has had such issues with the Haskell Mini Sport booster & rather questionable customer service from NuvAir & Haskell?
